The melting surface is perfectly flat and level, which assures a uniform melting across the entire chocolate piece can be achieved.

The slightly melted decorative pieces are then assembled, or attached to complete a finished chocolate showpieces.

The heating device is mounted in the bottom and the gentle heat is transmitted through to the tempered glass top.
Temperature can easily be set, ranging up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit (-5 to 40C).
A built in electronic thermostat precisely holds desired temperatures.
