Caramel & Nougat Cutter is a specialized confectionary tool for portioning cooked caramel and candies into bite-size pieces.
Quickly divides a slap of caramel into 40 square, uniform pieces 1" x 1" x 3/4" height.
Pour cooked caramel into the holding tray and allow to firm. Then firmly press cutter into mixture and remove. Can be used with other confections, such as nougat, fudge and gelees, etc.
