Double Mini Guitar Candy Slicer, cuts candies, ganache, marzipan, petits fours and pates into uniform square or rectangular pieces.

Suitable for small kitchens where space is a premium. Ideal for restaurants, bakeries, ice cream shops and chocolate shops.

A Double Guitar is setup with two matching cutting frames, allowing candies to be cut in both directions for a more efficient and accurate production.

• Heavy-duty plastic platform with a working surface of 10" x 10" (25cm x 25cm). Easy to clean and extremely hygienic.

• Two matching stainless steel cutting frames with wire spacing set at 22mm (7/8") or 30mm (1 1/8"). Quick release hinge system for easy removal and cleaning.
• One stainless steel tray for flipping and removing product from guitar.
