This incredible Stackable Confectionery Frame System - Mini Size, allows the chocolatier to create uniform candy layers of chocolate, ganache, gianduja and other fillings.
Set includes:

1 Base - 12 5/8" x 13 1/2" x 3/4"
2 Frames, height 3mm - (opening) 9 1/2" x 9 1/2"
2 Frames, height 5mm - (opening) 9 1/2" x 9 1/2"
1 Plastic Wide Spatula 15 1/2"
 
Directions of use:
Attach first frame to base and add filling.
Using wide spatula spread filling level.
Repeat procedure for the remaining 3 frames.  Total thickness with 4 frames - 5/8".
Allow chocolate and filling to firm.
Remove frame set and cut into desired portions.
