The Perfect Pan, is an ingenious new pan combining a springform pan with a built-in waterbath basin.

Baker's know the trick to making a smooth and creamy cheesecake or custard, requires being baked in a water bath.

A water bath provides a gentle uniform heat, this insulating the egg proteins and keeps them from exceeding 212F degrees, which prevent cracking, curdling or overcooked items.

The Perfect Pan™ is a patent pending aluminum pan, consisting of three components:

1) Commercial-grade 9" diameter springform pan with a sturdy locking latch. Pan diameter 9", height 2 1/2".

2) Leak-proof springform bottom with a tight fitting silicone ring.

3) Lower water bath basin.

Just pour your favorite recipe into the pan, set the pan with the silicone ring on top of the filled water bath basin and bake. Voila - perfection!
