XL DESIGN DESSERT CHOCOLATE MOLD - POINTED DOME

The size of the mold impression is large, to create a finished sweet dessert that can be eaten in 2 or 3 bites.

The mold is handled similar to a traditional chocolate mold, by first creating an outer shell of tempered chocolate.

The inside cavity is then layered with your choice of sweet fillings; such a cake, biscuit, fruit, gelee, mousses, creams, ganache, etc.

Once the mold is filled, the bottom is sealed with a layer of chocolate.  Once the chocolate crystalizes the finished dessert is unmolded, to yield an oversized bonbon praline dessert with a shiny chocolate outer shell.
