Rectangular U-shaped Form; inside dimensions: 15" length, 1 1/4" width, 1 1/8" height (380 x 33 x 30mm), aluminum

Rectangular Internal Bar Form, outside dimensions: 15" length, 1" width, 1" height (380 x 25 x 25mm), stainless steel

Instructions:

1) Using Puff Pastry Dough, line the inside of the U-Shaped Form.

2) Place the Internal Bar Form on top of the dough.
