Heavy-duty Universal Adjustable Cutters used to quickly and easily cut bakery items and confections into equal sized portions!

The ultimate cutting tool for any professional kitchen!

Cutter consists of sharp stainless steel cutting blades, mounted on a heavy-duty stainless steel mounting rod.

To meet your own specifications; each individual blade can be moved or removed from the mounting rod by simply adjusting the "set screw" on each blade collar.

Blades can be selected as either 4" or 6" diameter. The 4" diameter blade, has a maximum cutting depth is 1 5/16". The 6" diameter blade, has a maximum cutting depth is 2 5/16". Each blade has a side mounting collar with a set screw with a thickness of 3/8".

The mounting rod has a deep grove which allows for each blade to securely lock into position; the mounting rod is marked with 1/4" increments for accurate positioning. The thickness of the mounting rod is 3/4".

Nylon handles are affixed to the ends and rotate independently - like a rolling pin!

Hex key wrench included for adjusting each blade set screw.
