TEGRAL ULTIMATE FUDGE BROWNIE MIX

Mix Brownie Mix with hot Water 1st stage.

Mix for 1 minute on low speed.

Add hot Water 2nd stage.

Mix for 1 minute on low speed.  Scrape down bowl.  Mix an additional 1 minute on low speed.

Bake at 350F degrees until golden brown.

For Chewy Brownies:  replace 3 ounces Water with 6 ounces Corn Syrup in the small batch recipe.

For Cake Type Brownies:  Replace 6 ounces Water with 6 ounces Whole Eggs in the small batch recipe.
