Directions:
1st Stage
Water................2 pounds 8 ounces
Cake Mix..........10 pounds
• Mix for 1 minute on low speed, scrape down bowl, then 3 minutes on medium speed.
 
2nd Stage
Water................2 pounds 3 ounces
• Mix for 1 minute on low speed, scrape down bowl, then 3 minutes on medium speed.
 
3rd Stage
Water................2 pounds
Vegetable Oil......1 pound 3 ounces
• Mix for 1 minute on low speed, scrape down bowl, then 3 minutes on medium speed.
• Deposit batter into prepared pans.  Bake at 350F degrees
