Directions:

Tegral Satin Supreme Chocolate Creme Cake Mix.....10 pounds

Whole Eggs...............3 pounds 8 ounces

Mix Creme Cake Base with Whole Eggs.

Mix for 1 minute on low speed, then 3 minutes on medium speed.

Vegetable Oil...........3 pounds

Water.........................2 pounds 4 ounces

Add Vegetable Oil and Water.

Mix for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down bowl. Mix an additional 3 minutes on low speed.

Bake at 350F degrees until golden brown.
