Cake Mix.....10 pounds

Eggs...............7 pounds 8 ounces

Water.............2 pounds 14 ounces

1) Using a wire whisk.  Mix for 1 minute on low speed, scrape down bowl, then mix 8 minutes on high speed.

2) Let batter rest 15 minutes.

3) Deposit batter into prepared pans.

4) Cake Rounds - bake at 360F degrees for 15-20 minutes.  Jelly Rolls - bake 425F degrees for 6-8 minutes.
