Sweet Maker - Confectionery Coating Pan Attachment, designed and made in France, this tabletop version is similar to larger coating pans/drums used in commercial candy manufacturing!
Perfect for coating truffles, nuts, coffee beans, dragees and a wide variety of other confections with tempered chocolate and other coatings.

Made of stainless steel
Dimensions:  17" diameter, depth 9 1/4", with a front opening of 9 1/2"

Attaches to most KitchenAid Countertop Mixers with a 3/4" square front attachment slot.
For optimal performance incline the KitchenAid mixer to a 30 degree angle, using the stainless steel Incline Stand included with the set.
