Superstructure Ice Cream Stabilizer, improves the texture and preserves smoothness/creaminess by minimizing the size of ice crystals.
Directions:
Use 2.5 - 2.75 ounces per 34 ounces of Milk  (70-80 grams per 1 liter of milk).
Blend together with dry ingredients or create a small slurry using some of the base liquid. 
Once dissolved, blend into the remaining base and thoroughly agitate.
Freeze base.
