SprayChoc Micro Chocolate Sprayer is a professional tabletop chocolate sprayer, ideal for a confectionery shops, bakeries, hotels and resorts.
SprayChoc Micro is a specialized machine for spraying dark chocolate, white chocolate, colored cocoa butters and coating chocolate.

It has a unique heated cabinet enclosure that keeps the spray gun, nozzle and its contents warm and the chocolate fluid when the device is not in use, this prevents any clogging of the gun and assures uniform flow of the liquid chocolate.

Spraychoc air pressure is completely adjustable, as is the amount of chocolate sprayed and the angle of the nozzle.  The heating cabinet temperature is also completely adjustable.  This allows for creating special decorative effects like: velvet, snow, granulated, orange peel, points, lines, etc.
Spraychoc is the ideal solution for spraying chocolate on cakes, chocolate molds, pralines and showpieces.
