SOURDOUGH "RYE" LEVAIN POWDER

Sourdough Levains Powders, are produced at a mill located in Nancy, France.  With a minimum of 72 hours of fermentation process, this slow production time creates a final product with a perfect balance of acidity and intense aromas.

Levain Powder provide delicious color, flavor and aroma, but do not provide any fermentation or leavening to the bread dough.
