Softgrain Amber Grain CL, is a ready-to-use blend of grains & seeds to be added to your favor bread dough.
A clean label presoaked blend of grains and seeds (oat, sunflower seeds, millet, flax seeds, wheat) enrobed with sourdough, brown sugar and molasses.
Ready to use
Soaked in natural fermentation flavors
Create special breads with your normal breads, by simply adding to the dough at the end of mixing.

Use 10-50% based on total dough weight.
