PRA3 Praline Coating Pan Machine, is designed for an individual candy store or test kitchen.
Used in the production of pralines (dried fruits or nuts covered in a cooked caramel sugar) resulting in a crunchy coating to the final product.
This small version is similar to praline coating pan machines used today in commercial candy manufacturing. With a production capacity of 3 1/4 pounds (1.5 kg) during a single production cycle.
