Pinwheel Pastry Cutter, for creating the traditional pinwheel / windmill design found in both sweet and savory pastry items.
Simply press the cutter into the desired dough (Danish dough, puff pastry, pie dough, cookie dough). The cutting blades will cut-out a perfect square, while making a cut from each corner towards the center. Then simply fold-over everyother corner into the center, to create the pinwheel shape. Place filling in the center and bake!
