Patis'Coeur Fondant - Molten Chocolate Lava Cake Mix, is a classic chocolate dessert with a melted chocolate center.
Molten Chocolate Cake also known as Lava Cake, its name is derived from the dessert's liquid chocolate center, and is also known as Chocolate Moelleux (French for "soft").  A popular dessert that combines the elements of a flourless chocolate cake and soufflé.

Made with Real Belgian Chocolate, a complete mix that is easy to use!

Recipe
Patis’Coeur Fondant Mix:  1000g
Eggs pasteurized:  250g
Water 113°F:  250g
Mix all the ingredients with a flat beater for 3 minutes on medium speed.

Deposit 65 grams / 2.3 ounces of batter into paper or metal molds.

Chocolate Fondant with a liquid center:
Paper molds:
Convection oven 350F bake for 8 minutes
Deck oven 400F bake for 9 minutes
Metal molds:
Convection oven 350F bake for 6 minutes
Deck oven 400F bake for 8 minutes

Chocolate moelleux with a soft-fudgy center:
Paper molds:
Convection oven 350F bake for 12 minutes
Deck oven 400F bake for 12 minutes
Metal molds:
Convection oven 350F bake for 8 minutes
Deck oven 400F bake for 10 minutes

Refrigerate, then simply reheat just before serving:  Place in oven for 4 minutes at 400F or Microwave for 15 seconds.
