OVO-TECH EGG BREAKER / SEPARATOR

The egg breaker imitates the work of human hands with the use of special pneumatic suction cups. The cups grab the eggs whose shells are then cracked by a specially designed knife. Next, the machine's arms pull the eggshells apart and the cracked eggs slide onto a separator, where yolks are separated from egg whites.

The RZ-0 egg breaker has two operating modes: fast and slow, and a built in functionality for cleaning the pneumatic system.

The machine automatically collects eggs from the feeder tray.

The machine can be used in two ways:

1. Cracking eggs, then separation of egg whites from yolks and deposited into separate containers.

2. Cracking eggs, without separation where egg whites and yolks together are directed into the same container.
