Napoleon & Pastry Slicing Jig, is a unique tool for cutting pastries into uniform rectangular portions.
Cut strips of puff pastry, tarts, tortes and cakes into precise portion sizes.
Ideal for bakeshops, hotels and catering where rapid production and product uniformity is required.
Simply divide sheetpan-size bakery items into strips. Transfer the strips to the plastic Cutting Board included with the Slicing Jig. Slide the Cutting Board into the Slicing Jig, then using a serrated knife cut into individual rectangles. Transfer pastries to display trays.
Jig is divided into cutting segments, see below for measurments width between slots.
