1. Unzip the Mrs. Anderson's Silicone Pie Crust Bag. Lightly flour the top and bottom halves that are facing up.
2. Place prepared pie dough disk into the center of the bag. Zip closed. Roll dough gently and evenly until pastry reaches the desired size.
3. Open bag. Place your pie pan upside down over the rolled pastry. Holding pan and Pie Crust Bag together, turn both right-side up. Remove the bag and fit pastry into pan.
