Milk Chocolate Icing with Caramelized Almond Pieces, for Dipping and Glazing cakes, pastries and desserts.
 A delicious and crispy rocher-style icing, containing 10% Almonds

•  No palm oil, no artificial flavors, no colors and no preservatives
•  Slices cleanly
•  Stable product when frozen and thawed

Melt Icing to 104F degrees (40°C) and apply to all types of preparations: éclairs, croissants, cream puffs, pastries, individual cakes, desserts, ice creams, etc.
Bakery items should be dipped between 40F-75F degrees.
Ice cream dessert and cold mousse cakes items must be frozen.
