Micropaper is the all new micro-perforated baking paper developed with Pastry Chef Giuseppe Gagliardi.
Ideal for baking all leavened pastries, breads, pate a choux, shortcrust doughs and meringues, it guarantees perfect baking results and in less time than traditional baking paper.
Thanks to the micro-perforations through the paper allowing steam to escape during baking and also allows the product to cool faster than with conventional baking paper.
Use Micro-Perforated Baking Pan Liners together with a perforated sheetpan.
