Produce Meringue Topping and Buttercream Icing

Ingredients: Sugar, Dextrose, Egg Whites (Egg), Cream of Tartar, Xanthan Gum, Guar Gum, Silicon Dioxide
Recipe:
Warm Water 9 ounces
Meringue Mix Powder 6 ounces
Mix together Water and Meringue Mix
Using a whisk attachment on an electric mixer, whip on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until dissolved.
Increase mixer speed to high and whip for 3-4 minutes until stiff peaks form.
Use as needed. Can be browned in the oven at 325F.
*To make Buttercream Icing, add 12 ounces of softened Butter. Continue whipping the finished meringue, adding the butter slowly until light and fluffy.
Hints: Keep utensils grease free. Icings may be refrigerated in airtight containers, beat again before using.
