7 Slicing notches with 3/8" separation.

Bakers Serrated Knife
Heavy-duty stainless steel serrated blade with riveted wooden handle - 17" length.

Cake Lifter
Polished stainless steel cake lifter - 11" diameter.

Directions:
• Fit Slicing Guide Ring around cake.
• Determine cake layer thickness, select slicing notches.
• Slice cake using Bakers Serrated Knife.
• Rotate Slicing Guide Ring 180 degrees, continue cutting through the other half.
• Separate cake layers with the handy cake lifter.
• Assemble cake as desired.
