KYOTO 800 - LOAF PAN WITH CENTER TUBE - TPLUS+

A thermoplastic composite TPLUS+ crush-proof material, suitable for baking up to 356°F  (180°C).

The mold is non-stick and has a high thermal stability. It can be used in the oven, refrigerator or blast freezer.  It cannot be in contact with an open flame or used in the microwave.

After the Pound Cake has been baked and cooled.  The Center Tube is removed, and the hollow core can be filled with a wide variety of fillings, such as such marmalades, buttercream, ganache, mousse and creams.
