Description

Kit Tarte Ring Amore 80, is a special micro-perforated Tart Ring combined with a Silicone Mold, designed to create spectacular looking Heart-shaped Dessert Tarts.

Kit is composed of two elements:

• Tart Rings are made of thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking up to 356°F (180°C).

The ring is micro-perforated, non-stick and has a high thermal stability. It can be used in the oven, refrigerator or blast freezer. It cannot be in contact with an open flame or used in the microwave.

Tart Ring diameter: 3 1/8" diameter, 3/4" height (80 x 20mm)

Includes 8 Tart Rings.

• Silicone Mold Insert for creating the heart-shaped dessert to top the baked tart shell.

Curve Flex mold is designed with an innovative border, which gives that unique rounded shape.

Silicone Mold diameter: 2 3/8" diameter, 1/2" height (65 x 55 x 15mm)

Volume: 1.05 fluid ounces / 31ml

Mold has 8 cavities.

Made of 100% food-safe silicone.

Effortless unmolding of product, because of the silicones non-stick qualities and semi-flexible form.
