Kit Tarte Meringue, is a special micro-perforated round Tart Ring combined with a Silicone Mold, designed to create spectacular looking Dessert Tarts.
Kit is composed of two elements:
• Tart Ring to create the shortcrust tart base.
Made of thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking up to 356°F (180°C).
The ring is micro-perforated, non-stick and has a high thermal stability. It can be used in the oven, refrigerator or blast freezer. It cannot be in contact with an open flame or used in the microwave.
