SPRAY MACHINE APPLICATION:
Connect the Harmony box container to the spray machine.
Set temperature to 194°F or 90°C.
When temperature is reached, apply glaze with the nozzle in the vertical position at a distance of 3-5”

HAND APPLICATION:
Heat product to 194°F or 90°C and brush glaze onto bakery items.
