Harmony Honey Glaze is a ready-to-use glaze, applied to hot bakery items right from the oven, such as danish, sweet rolls, tarts and pastries, or used as a base for donut glaze.

Excellent caramel color shine and delicious flavor.

Danish, Sweet Rolls, Tarts & Pastry Items:

Use directly from the pail; brush unto hot baked goods.

*If desired can be thinned with 25% water.

Donut Glaze:

10-12 pounds Powdered Sugar

2 pounds Honey Glaze

Place into a mixing bowl with a paddle attachment and blend until smooth.

Add

2 pounds Hot Water

Mix until smooth.

Apply glaze over hot donuts.
