Commercial bakery quality, made of stainless steel with reinforced side walls for strength.

Increases the height of a half sheetpan to 3".

Provides straight-sides with 90° degree corners.

Bottom corners of Frame are Not-notched and it fits within a commercial US half sheetpan.

Extender helps eliminate trim loss, by producing cakes of even uniform height and dimension.

Ring can also be used as a form, to achieve uniform cake and filling layers and for molding of mousse cakes.

Can be used in the refrigerator, freezer, blast freezer and oven.
