Half Sheetcake Slicing Jig, is a unique tool for cutting pastries into uniform square portions.
Cut cakes and pastries into precise portion sizes.
Ideal for bakeshops, hotels and catering where rapid production and product uniformity is required.
Transfer the half sheetcake onto the plastic Cutting Board included with the Slicing Jig. Place the Cutting Board into the Slicing Jig, then using a serrated knife cut into individual squares. Transfer pastries to display trays.
Jig is divided into cutting segments, see below for measurements width between slots.
