Blend 2 parts Florentine Powder Mix with 1 part Sliced Almonds.
Place ring molds over a Silpat mat. Pour an even layer of the mixture into each ring mold. Or use a silicone form.
Bake at 400F degrees for 8 minutes.
Finish cookies by brushing bottom in dark chocolate.
