Flexipan Air Silicone Mesh Baking Sheet, is specifically developed for baking breads and pastries.

Preshaped forms maintain the shape and form of the item being baked.

Perforated texture of the sheet is designed to allow steam and moisture to escape during baking, resulting a crispy bottom crust and golden color!

Non-stick silicone surface assures baked items don't stick !

Patented technology, made of woven fiberglass fabric and food grade non-stick silicone composition.
Heat resistant from -40 to +580 degrees Fahrenheit.
No greasing necessary. Clean with a sponge.

Tart form: 4" top diameter, 3 5/8" bottom diameter (slight tapered sides), 3/4 depth (104 x 20mm)

6 impressions per sheet

Fits a USA commercial half-sheetpan 13"x18" (300x400mm). Use with a perforated sheetpan or special wire rack.
