Pan is perforated with tiny holes, making it ideal for baking, bread, rolls, croissants, danish, tarts, etc., as they allow for moisture to escape, resulting in a crisp baked bottom crust.
Use together with a Silpain Bread Mat for optimal results.
Pan can be expanded from Quarter Sheetpan size to Half Sheetpan size:
Expands from its smallest size of 13" x 11 1/2" to its largest size 19" x 11 1/2" (inside diameter)
Deep sides 1 1/8"
