The heating element is mounted at the bottom, heat is then transmitted through the metal container.
Secure and slow melting at low temperature. Therefore, a dry heat electronic induction heating device is used.
No water is used, reducing the risk of contaminating high quality couverture with water.
Temperature can be adjusted up to 55°C (131°F)
Built in electronic thermostat holds desired temperatures so product stays liquid.
