Heat 4 quarts Heavy Cream.
Add 1 bag of Crème Brulee Mix. Bring to a boil.
Pour into individual molds to cool or cool in a large tray for use as a filling for pastries and specialty desserts. Chill in refrigerator until cold and set. Dust with sugar and caramelize top.
