CINNAMON ROLL HALF-SHEETPAN EXTENDER

Designed to provide straight sides and to insulate the edges of your product from over baking.  This will eliminate trimming loss and produce baked items of even height, color and texture over the entire surface of the product.  Oven safe and have been used by bakers for over 20 years.

The bottom corners are notched so the pan extender fits securely within a standard commercial half-sheetpan.  Can also be used in the Refrigerator and Freezer.
