Description

Chocolate Stencil Mats also known as Chablon Mats, these are made of thin plastic used for producing chocolate decorations in a variety of shapes.

Create uniform wafer-thin chocolate decorations, quickly and easily with these specialty mats.

Simply lay the Stencil Mat over a Silpat, parchment paper or transfer sheet.

Spread chocolate evenly over the mat and remove any excess chocolate.

Allow the chocolate to slightly firm and then remove the Stencil Mat.

Now use these wonderful shapes to decorate cakes, pastries and plated desserts.
