Chocoflex Ganache & Candy Center Molds, are a new process for creating candy and ganache centers.

Firm yet flexible, food-grade silicone molds for creating sweet or salty creations.

Unique design eliminates the need for forming & cutting and assures a uniform consistent candy size and weight.

Perfect for firm ganache, pate de fruit, caramels, hard candy, praline mixtures, fondant centers, gelees, and unlimited savory treats!

Simply deposit mixture in molds.
Allowed mixture to firm and easily removed by popping-out each mold from the backside.

These molds can also be used in the oven, refrigerator and freezer as they resist temperatures from -40°F to +482°F (-40C - +250C) degrees.
