Champagne Biscuit Flexipan, is ideal for making meringue cookies, Eclairs, lady fingers and other similar rectangular items, which can be uniformly spread, formed and baked quickly, resulting in a consistent thickness, diameter and presentation.

Made with a proprietary technology, a unique combination of glass fabric and food grade silicone, creating a flexible long-lasting non-stick material, this sets Flexipan apart from the competition.
Can be used in the oven, refrigerator or freezer - temperature range: -20F to 480F.
Unmolding is quick and easy. Fast cleanup.
