Professional grade Brownie Bowl Pan, also known as a MaryAnn Pan, this unique baking pan creates a bowl-shaped indention into baked items, such as brownies, cakes and quickbreads.
After the item has baked and cooled, each bowl can be filled with a variety of treats, such as; fruit, ganache, whipped cream, ice cream and other toppings.
To Use: Simply pour batter into the perfectly shaped wells, stick it in the oven to bake, cool, fill and then enjoy your fun-sized snacks.
The pan surface is coated with a proprietary AMERICOAT® coating, a non-stick silicone, allowing you to easily release your baked goods from the pan. AMERICOAT® is made without PTFE, PFOA and BPA.
