Bendable Silicone Casting Bar is made of flexible non-stick silicone, imbedded with an aluminum wire allowing it to be bent into complex shapes.
Use for creating free-flowing shapes, which are then assembled into spectacular showpieces using either poured sugar or chocolate.  Bar can also be used in the candy making process.

Directions:  Prepare a Silpat on a flat surface, lay Casting Bar on top and bend into any desired shape.  Pour in prepared sugar or chocolate and allow to set.  Remove bar.
