BAIN MARIE / DOUBLE BOILER SAUCE PAN

Its double-walled construction achieves these amazing results.

Simply add water to the side spout of the Bain Marie.  Place the unit on the stove over medium heat until steam appears.  Add ingredients to the pan.

Inner pan has a rounded bowl shape (no corners) for uniform and efficient blending of ingredients.
