Agar Agar Gum is used as a gelifier and thickener for soups, jellies, ice cream, candies, confectionery, pastries, desserts and charcuterie.
Natural plant gelling agent, red algae extract.  The agar-agar solution must first be brought to a boil. The gel is obtained after cooling.

Dosage: 3 to 40 grams per kilogram
