3D CHOCOLATE MOLD - EGG PRALINE

Create bit-sized chocolate pralines, filled with a variety of ganache, creams, jams or fillings.

 

Professional three-piece polycarbonate molds snap together and are held firmly together with magnets, to create a unique 3 dimensional final product.

 

Overall mold dimensions:  10 3/4" x  6 7/8"  (275 x 175mm)

 

• Use a brush or spray gun, coat each cavity with cocoa butter.

• Assemble the mold together and fill with tempered white, milk or dark chocolate.

• Then quickly invert the mold and allow the excess chocolate to drain.

• Allow the chocolate to cure.

• Then fill each cavity with a desired filling.

• Close the bottom filling hole with additional tempered chocolate.
