White Chocolate Confectionery Coating from Peter's Chocolate delivers a pure white chocolate color, with creamy mouth feel and rich flavor. It cures "HARD" and is superb for hand dipping candies, moulding, enrobing, chocolate shavings and chocolate decorations. Confectionery Coating is also known as coating chocolate, chocolate compound or nontempering chocolate. This is not true chocolate, because it does not contain cocoa butter. The cocoa butter has been replaced with other vegetable fats and in exchange does not need tempering.
