Use to quickly and easily cut bakery items or soft to medium hard confections into equally sized portions! The cutter consists of a 30" long stainless steel rod mounted with 13 sharp stainless steel cutting blades! Each blade is 4 1/4" diameter. Two rubber handles are affixed to the ends but can be removed.
To meet your own specifications, each blade can be individually moved or removed by simply adjusting its "set screw". The minimum distance between blades can be set at a 1/4".
